About

I provide individual and couples therapy to adults via a telehealth platform.

I work with clients to consider the ways in which our minds and bodies offer clues about how we have been conditioned by our environments and different sources of oppression. With this understanding, I support clients to tap into their existing intuition to heal from hardship and live with greater awareness, peace, and compassion toward one’s self and others.

Experience

Working as a therapist with people with criminal and legal system involvement and people with substance use disorders fueled my research looking at the impact of mind and body interventions.

I am currently on the faculty at the University of Maryland School of Social Work. I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) and infuse this knowledge into therapy to support healing the body and mind.
