About

I specialize in providing mental health therapy both to survivors of intimate partner violence and to veterans adjusting to life outside of the military, using a telehealth platform.

To those seeking support for violence or abuse, I can help you with safety planning and finding resources to support you.

For those making a change in lifestyle from military to civilian life, I know from experience how difficult that can be and I can help you through the challenges that this change brings.

For both groups, I provide individualized interventions based on your goals.

Experience

I’m an Air Force veteran of seven years. I’ve worked in various settings including military law enforcement, domestic violence crisis intervention, and community education and outreach. I am passionate about this work and enjoy providing support to members of the community.

I have experience working with women and men who have endured intimate partner violence (IPV). I have helped many through safety planning, providing support, and creating individualized interventions.
