Tarah Martin, LMSW
About
I specialize in providing mental health therapy both to survivors of intimate partner violence and to veterans adjusting to life outside of the military, using a telehealth platform. To those seeking support either for violence/abuse, I can help you with safety planning and finding resources to support you. For those making a change in lifestyle from military to civilian life, I know from experience how difficult that can be and I can help you through the challenges that this change brings. For both groups, I provide individualized interventions based on your goals.

Experience
I’m an Air Force veteran of seven years. I’ve worked in various settings including military law-enforcement, domestic violence crisis intervention, and community education & outreach. I am passionate about this work and enjoy providing support to members of the community.
I have experience working with women and men who have endured Intimate Partner Violence (IPV). I have helped many through safety planning, providing support, and creating individualized interventions.
