Clinical supervision is provided for therapists holding a LMSW license in Maryland, Virginia, or DC or a LGPC license in the state of Maryland.

 

Job Description

• Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.

• Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.

• Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.

• Meets with patients regularly to provide therapy and to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.

• Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress.

• Completes paperwork (notes, treatment plans, etc.) the day the client is seen.

• Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.

 

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health field

• Maryland, Virginia, or DC mental health license (LCSW-C, LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, or LGPC)

• Reliable computer and internet access

• Private space to meet with clients virtually without interruptions

• Personal liability insurance
