-
Specialized Training and Experience
Our lead clinician has completed specialized training in conducting immigration psychological evaluations and has experience preparing reports that have been submitted in immigration proceedings. Evaluations are conducted with an understanding of the legal context while maintaining clinical independence and ethical standards.
-
Types of Evaluations
We conduct psychological evaluations in support of immigration relief, including but not limited to asylum, extreme hardship (I-601/I-601A), VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa, and SIJS cases.
-
Thorough and Professional Assessments
Evaluations may include clinical interviews, standardized psychological screening measures, review of relevant records, and collateral information when appropriate. Reports are written for a legal audience and clearly document clinical findings and diagnostic impressions.
-
Timely and Reliable Reports
We understand the time-sensitive nature of immigration cases. Typical turnaround time is within one week of the clinical interivew, with limited expedited evaluations available when necessary.
-
Licensure and Availability
Services are provided by a licensed clinical social worker authorized to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Telehealth evaluations are available when legally permissible.
-
Ethical Practice
As an independent evaluator, we do not guarantee legal outcomes or tailor clinical findings to legal strategy. All opinions are based on evaluation data and professional judgment.
