About

I offer support to individuals, couples, and families in a safe and calming emotional space, allowing you to share and be vulnerable. I prioritize a client-centered approach, collaborating with you to develop strategies that promote wellness and overall peace.

With a foundation of empowerment and a strengths-based approach, the therapeutic alliance is guided by your unique needs. I will help you acknowledge your strengths, identify barriers to emotional balance, and assist with areas of growth and healing that you are seeking to achieve.

I look forward to partnering with you as you take the next steps toward restoration, mindfulness, and alignment.

Experience

Lived experience is a profound and impactful way to connect with others during times of suffering. While I have more than 13 years of experience in helping professions, my lived experience fosters a genuine atmosphere of trust and understanding for those seeking therapeutic support.

Since 2012, I have been dedicated to supporting individuals, families, youth, and communities. I have held leadership roles in non-profit organizations, including community mental health. My mental health background encompasses family-based therapy, inpatient behavioral health with individuals and groups, and crisis intervention.  Additionally, I have clinical care management experience in hospice and palliative care settings.

In academics, I've provided mental health services and preventative education to students and can assist with the development of positive parent-child relationships.

I have facilitated a variety of support groups and serve individuals from diverse backgrounds, nationalities, and faiths.
