Chelsea Ksanznak, LMSW

About
I offer individual therapy to adults via a secure telehealth platform. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can reflect, grow, and feel truly seen. With care, curiosity, and hope, I’ll walk alongside you as we work toward greater balance, healing, and inner peace.
Life can feel overwhelming, painful, or unsteady at times. By tapping into your inner strength and resilience, we’ll explore ways to cope with challenges—both those rooted in the external world and those that arise within yourself.
Experience
I bring over five years of experience as a home health and hospice social worker, and in 2023, I expanded my scope of care by becoming a speech-language pathologist. These roles have allowed me to support individuals, families, and caregivers navigating terminal, acute, or chronic illnesses.
I'm especially passionate about working with clients who are affected by dementia, stuttering, stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, as well as those coping with depression, anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, ADHD, and significant life transitions such as divorce, job changes, or the loss of a loved one or pet. I also have experience supporting individuals who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
