Lindsey Wiedel, LMSW

About
I offer therapeutic services to those in transition and seeking gentle guidance through the many aspects of change, loss, and grief. I offer person-centered therapeutic support rooted in empathy and understanding that grief is not a temporary experience to overcome but something to integrate into our lives, one moment at a time.
Whether you are facing a terminal illness or end-of-life, experiencing death or loss, navigating life transitions or decisions, I provide space for exploration and reflection throughout the process. Together, we can identify where you are now, where you hope to go, and the steps in between. It would be an honor to work with you.
Experience
I have worked as a service provider in public schools, home hospital settings, senior housings, and senior centers. My professional journey started in special education for adolescents and continued into holistic modalities for all ages. I earned my MSW with a focus on aging populations and end-of-life care. My personal experiences with grief have deepened my commitment to humbly supporting others through their own. I am a lifelong learner who values understanding the self through meaningful connections.
